Mizar

Mizar was born from our many years of experience in the world of test bench automation.

We have developed a single product to control our machines.

  • One

Same software on all machines produced by Seven Pulse

  • Database SQL

SQL database interconnected with customer systems

  • MES/ERP Communication

Bi-directional communication ready, according to industry 4.0, test report saved by serial/part number, Data Interconnection Wordwide

  • Centralized Data Integration

Possibility to view tests and results from different machines in a single archive

  • Mizar Pulse

    Mizar Pulse key concepts:

    • Centralized data integration
    • Data acquisition at 10 kHz
    • Dynamic Stroke Control – DSC
    • Energy consumption monitoring
    • Easy to use
    • Same software on the new Seven Pulse test benches
    • Based on SQL database
    • Integration with MES/ERP customer systems
  • Mizar Tailored

    Main features of Mizar software:

    • PC software created with C #, XML, SQL languages under the Microsoft .NET platform
    • Siemens PLC software created in Tia Portal
    • Software in Lab View (when present)
    • Remote assistance software for the entire system

The software is programmable, scalable and configurable so as to be adapted to different types of test benches, the philosophy is to have a single software for all machines in order to reduce set-up time and increase quality and reliability.

Mizar is designed to be able to communicate, even simultaneously, with different field devices (PLC, cRio, PXI, Robot, …), furthermore its modularity does not preclude the possibility of integrating with any other instrument for which it is possible to develop a driver.

The data that the software collects during the test can be saved on the SQLServer Database, but also logged to files in different formats.

It is possible to set the software for bidirectional data exchange with company platforms and this also makes it compatible with the demands of Industry 4.0.

The user interface is configurable and intuitive for both the end user and the programmer.

Tests can be run automatically or manually.
