Seven Pulse is a company born from an idea of people with more than 20 years of experience in the design and construction of Impulse Test Stands.
Starting from our experience, we have created a family of Impulse Test Stands using the latest technologies that make our machines highly reliable, highly energy efficient products with reduced maintenance costs.
The innovative sealing system together with intelligent electronic management – DSC – make the Pressure Intensifier, the Pulsing heart of the system, an extremely reliable component characterized by a prolonged life cycle.

Pulse 1
Pulse 1 is a test bench developed to conduct impulse tests on hydraulic components such as small size flexible or rigid hoses, fittings, filters, quick couplings, valves.
The machine is designed to carry out static impulse tests in accordance with the international standards: SAE J343 – ISO 6803 – ISO 6605 – ISO6772 – ISO18869 and multipoint custom waveform.The test stand has been designed following the concept of Power on Demand management, so the system uses an electronic drive able to manage the main motor pump in an extremely efficient way.
The system delivers the minimum flow rate and pressure required for correct execution of the test without any waste of energy.
The high efficiency pump also allows also for an outstanding reduction of noise as well as a consistent reduction of maintenance costs.
Intelligent electronic management and new seal design ensure reliability and long life of the Pressure Intensifier.
The Pulse 1 family includes models with different test pressures: 700 – 1,000 bar.
Test capacity on hoses are: 4 hoses 1″ R15

Pulse 3
Pulse 3 is a test bench developed to conduct impulse tests on hydraulic components such as flexible or rigid hoses, fittings, filters, quick couplings, valves.
The machine is designed to carry out dynamic impulse tests in accordance with the international standards: SAE J1405 SAE J343-ISO 6803- ISO 6802 – ISO 6605 – ISO6772 – ISO 8032 and multipoint custom waveform.The test stand has been designed following the concept of Power on Demand management, so the system uses an electronic drive able to manage the main motor pump in an extremely efficient way.

Burst 1
Burst 1 is a test bench developed to conduct burst tests on hydraulic components such as flexible or rigid hoses, fittings, filters, quick couplings, valves.
The machine is designed to carry out burst tests in accordance with the international standards: SAE J1405 – DIN20024 – ISO18869 – ISO1402.
The test stand has been designed with a Pressure Intesifier to manage linaer, constant and parametric pressure profiles.
Test Stand can perform flushing, burst test, proof and leakage test, measure change in lenght and twisting.
Burst 1 family includes models with different test pressures: 4.000 bar- 6.000 bar and different test medium: mineral oil, HFC, water.
